Hello my name is Julio A. Hallack. I began as as a landscape contractor in 1986 and started to work close with landscape architects and designers. I soon discovered that working outdoors with Mother Nature was where I enjoyed working best. In 1986 I started my own landscaping business and was introduced to colored concrete where I found a passion for decorative concrete work. I began to learn absolutely everything about decorative concrete and restoration. Since then I have been learning and mastering the art of concrete restoration and placement
Today, Concrete By Hallack artwork has received local and national attention on projects such as The Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto CA., 10 Savemart Supermarkets in California, Oak Valley Hospital in Oakdale CA., St. Mary's Retreat in Santa Barbara CA., St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno CA., Kukui Grove Center in Kauai HI., and Musas Museum of Art of Sonora, Mexico. Our work has received several industry awards and has been published in national trade publications.
