Hello my name is Julio A. Hallack. I began as as a landscape contractor in 1986 and started to work close with landscape architects and designers. I soon discovered that working outdoors with Mother Nature was where I enjoyed working best. In 1986 I started my own landscaping business and was introduced to colored concrete where I found a passion for decorative concrete work. I began to learn absolutely everything about decorative concrete and restoration. Since then I have been learning and mastering the art of concrete restoration and placement
